JadeTasks App Store

The things that matter don't always have deadlines.JadeTasks gets you to them anyway.

JadeTasks rates every task twice: how urgent it is, and how much it matters. So the work with no deadline stops losing to the work that has one.

Two dials, not one

Most apps sort by when a thing is due. That answers what's loudest, never what's worth your afternoon.

No deadline. Still matters.

Finish the quarterly budget draft

Order a birthday present for Mom

High importance, low urgency: the top-left corner. Nothing's forcing it to happen today, so every day it loses to work that's merely due. That's the corner JadeTasks keeps bringing you back to. The urgent ones were never going to be forgotten.

Every day

It hands you three things you have been avoiding

Above today's list, JadeTasks picks a few tasks you haven't sorted yet and puts them in front of you. Rate them, schedule them, or knock them out. It's a small nudge, and it's the reason things stop sitting in a list for a year.

Below that is today: what you said you'd start, what is due, and how late it already is.

The Today screen: a Suggested Tasks section with three untriaged tasks, above the day's list showing due-date badges.

Any time

Browse by urgency or by importance

Both ratings are real ways to move through your tasks, sitting alongside start date, tags, and the archive. When you've got twenty minutes and no idea what to spend them on, open Importance and start at the top.

Tasks carry a start date as well as a due date, so nothing appears until the day you can actually do something about it.

Who makes it

Two brothers who kept missing the things that mattered

We're lifelong software developers, and we had both been using to-do apps that kept us busy without getting us to the work we actually cared about. So we built the one we wanted. We each use JadeTasks every day, and we keep evolving it to make it work better for us.

There's no account to create. Your tasks sync between your own devices through your iCloud account.

If something's broken or missing, tell us. We read every message.
